This Toyota 4runner is powered by Toyotas 2.4 L turbo that puts out 278Hp and 317lb-ft torque. Its 7.7sec 0-60 is rather slow, but where it excels is of course off road. this customer brought it to us brand new, knowing he had imperfections from previous off roading that He had done leaving scratches and imperfections on the paint finish. He came to us for, paint correction to remove the swirls, haze, and imperfections in the paint, as well as full body PPF to prevent rock chips and deep scratches, and ceramic coating to protect the rest of the vehicle.
The first thing as always is a decon wash with our EVO pro shampoo, fresh mits, a mild claybar to remove anything abrasive on the paint that could lead to further damage during correction. Iron decon on the wheels to make sure any brake dust was removed. Once that was complete Josh and Lukus began the process of paint correction. They first began with our Heavy cut polish and microfiber pad to remove the heavy haze and swirls left from the dealers high speed polisher, then once that was complete they moved on to polishing with out finishing polish and our soft foam pads to remove any final marring left in the finish before ceramic coating and ppf can begin. Jon began the ppf application on his lower bumper pieces as well as, his hood to prevent rock chips and deep scratches when he goes off road. Josh and Jon kept applying pieces door by door, rear quarters, every inch of this vehicle was protected with PPF.
Once that was complete he began the ceramic coating process, we applied our 9H coating in two layers that will protect the vehicle for years to come. We also applied our evo wheel and caliper coating to help provide ease of cleaning. We also applied our EVO Plastic renew and protect to all the trim that tends to fade to grey over time. this will prevent fading over time especially in the vegas sun.
