A new customer came to us with a new LondonAire RV that needed heavy paint correction, and wanted ceramic coating afterward to protect the finish from the elements when they drive around the country. This customer owns a medical device company and wanted to start traveling the country with his family. This came with an amazing custom paint job blue, black, and white stripes painted not vinyl and it just needed to be dialed in.
The first thing the crew had to do was use the scissor lift to get up on top of the RV to begin cleaning the roof and using EVO PRO SHAMPOO they began decon washing the entire finish of the RV. They used mild claybar to remove any surface contaminants that could further damage the paint during correction. once the finish was free of contaminants they could begin correction. The guys started out with our EVO HEAVY CUT polish to remove deep blemishes from the finish which from the video you can see was poorly done even though it was basically brand new from the dealer it had only been “washed” before delivery. Once they got the heavy imperfections to begin moving it left a bit of marring on the finish which was removed with our EVO 3000 finishing polish, and a foam pad to leave the finish free of imperfections, and ready to ceramic coat the following day.
Once they finished the correction they began the ceramic coating steps. Two layers of our EVO PRO Graphene coatings were applied to the entire paint finish, wheel face, all glass on the exterior, and all plastic trim.
