On this edition of the weekly buff we have a beautiful Jeep rubicon 392 in black. The owner brought it in for us to do paint correction and ceramic coating. He wanted some to the light scratching from off roading to be removed then protected with ceramic coating. The first steps as always are a full decontamination wash to remove anything abrasive from the paint finish that could introduce damage during paint correction. Josh used our EVO FOAM GUN with our EVO SHAMPOO along with a mild claybar to make sure the paint finish wash clean and prepped, as well as wheel gel, to remove any abrasive brake dust that may be stuck on the wheels from driving.
Once it was prepped Josh began with a heavy step including a microfiber pad and our EVO 800 Heavy cut that will remove deep imperfections and scratches that have not gone all the way through the paint finish. This step will leave some haze, which is why Josh follows up with his second step our EVO 3000 finishing polish along with a foam pad to remove and haze and allow the full depth of color to shine through.
After that he moved on to applying a full array of our EVO PRO Ceramic Coatings on the 392 jeep. He applied two layers of our EVO PRO Graphene coating which comes with an 8 year warranty, along with our EVO Glass coating, Wheel & Caliper coating, and EVO Plastic Renew & Protect that will prevent the plastic trim from fading to grey or white in the Vegas sun.
Once it was complete the jeep looked amazing, and the customer loved the outcome when he picked up his vehicle. If you’d like to see your vehicle on the weekly buff schedule with us today at GIDETAIL.COM and drop a like comment and subscribe to our channel today.
