On this edition of the weekly buff we have yet another amazing orange corvette owned by a good customer of ours. He owns multiple Corvette from C4 to current C8 and loves each one. When he brought this in, he said he knew that he wanted full Nose PPF, Ceramic Coating, and full paint correction just like his other babies we’ve taken care of in the past.
The first step as always is a full decontamination wash with our EVO Foam Cannon matched with our EVO shampoo, during this step we also use a green clay bar to remove anything abrasive that may be stuck on the paint from every day driving.
The next step was for Nick and JR to perform a simple 2 step correction with our evo 800 heavy cut polish and wool pads, and our evo 3000 cut finishing polish, and blue / orange foam pads leaving the finish flawless with no imperfections anywhere. Once they completed that they moved it over back to Josh so He could begin the PPF process.
Josh had pre-cut some of the patterns, but as usual decided its better to hand cut some portions for a perfect fit with no visible seems anywhere. Every detail down to each individual black piece in the grill got protected with PPF. The final cherry on top was our EVO PRO Ceramic Coating to protect it from UV damage, water spots, light scratches all while providing amazing gloss. This also prevents the PPF glue from oxidizing and turning yellow overtime. We also ceramic coated all her leather interior to prevent any clothes dye from bleeding on to the seats.
When He picked up his vehicle He was beyond happy, and made sure to let the crew in the back know he apreciated their work, and is definitely going to be having some fun driving down the BLVD.
